Karyl is co-founder & CEO of Transmute, a startup in Austin TX that is implementing trust that scales by leveraging blockchain technology to streamline and enforce identity authorization via key-based signatures, verifiable credentials, and immutable logging.  She has been an advisor for tech startups involved in Blockchain and Crypto, as well as being the economic development manager for the Austin Chamber of Commerce.  She holds a BA in English and Political Science from Southwestern University as well as an MS in Technology Commercialization from Texas McComs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
